There are many other methods, and this application is one of them. It is a free tool that is designed to calculate the depth of field for a lens, camera, and distance combination.
It is not only a calculator, it is a simulation that allows you to create and modify a photo to simulate the effects of different equipment configurations.
The application has 4 ultra high resolution backgrounds, 8 models of different height, and 10 types of bokeh.
You can set the following parameters:
The focal length of the lens.
The aperture of the lens.
The distance to the object.
The type of lens blur (bokeh).
